Phillip Scott Management and Investments is not like any other Brokerage company in the greater Tampa area or in the entire state of Florida. Randall Cortner and Adam Fox, co-founders of Phillip Scott Management and Investment had a dream of creating a Real Estate Brokerage that stands apart from all others.   We strive to exceed the expectations of both our residents, owners and clients. In 2011 starting out managing just 70 units, Phillip Scott Management and Investments has grown immensely since day one with now a full staff of client representatives with years of experience and over 1300 units under management. While we specialize in apartment and rental management, we also have an amazing sales team who live and work in the Bay Area and offer the local knowledge necessary to assist you with choosing the right home for your family!
