Roy DeGoa is a Licensed Realtor and Real Estate Consultant, specializing in Real Estate Sales, Investments and Property Management. Originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Roy moved to the Clearwater/Tampa area, in the summer of 2005. He attended Bob Hogue School of Real Estate and started his Real Estate career with Exit Realty Suncoast. Roy acquired a solid foundation in the Real Estate arena at Exit Realty. In the seven years at Exit Realty Roy was a member of the Multi-Million club on numerous occasions. Roy is the Sales Manager at Phillip Scott Management & Investments and oversees the Realtors working at this company. Together with his associates Randall and Adam, we try to promote a family atmosphere here at Phillip Scott Management & Investments. We are here for each other and that in turns helps grow our company in a healthy manner.
