Originally from Massachusetts, Rachel has journeyed across the United States before finding her home in Tampa. Armed with a master's degree in education, she has accumulated twelve years of expertise in the education sector, coupled with experience in sales and customer service positions. She also had experience in property management managing single family homes, and apartment complexes during her time in Hawaii.

Excited to contribute her positive energy and exceptional customer service skills, Rachel eagerly joins the Phillip Scott team in 2024.
