Born and raised on a dairy farm in southern Wisconsin, Phil was taught that on a farm there is no delegating responsibilities. If you wanted something done, you did it yourself. This idea of following everything from beginning to end has followed him all his life. After an enlistment in the Army he worked managing milk and ice cream plants for 37 years. He had visited Pinellas county many times to inspect filling machines before delivery and decided Pinellas County was the place to live. After completing studies for real estate sales Phil began his career at Exit Realty Suncoast in 004 and continues until 2016 when he decided to join friends and associates at Phillip Scott Management & Investments. As he gets older he has "slowed down" and is able to select only a few clients/ This enables him to work personally, one on one, and take the time needed to attend to the details involved in buying and selling real estate.
